The given Concept is developed in accordance with
the State Construction Norms of Ukraine
SCN А.2.2-3-97 "Structure, Elaboration Order,
Coordination and Approval of the Project
Documentation for Building";
Restoration Norms and Regulations (RN&R 102-84)

The Draft (hereinafter referred to as the Concept) comprises the principal decisions of town-building, architectural, artistic, functional and ecological requirements. It proves a principal possibility of object preservation and renovation and fixes its cost.
In the content of the graphical part and the explanatory note of the Concept for the substantiation of taking architectural decisions, according to the target for projecting there can additionally be fulfilled the engineering-technical and construction elaborations, the schemes of engineering supply of the object and the substantiation of investment efficiency.

The Concept elaboration follows:

- the existing town-building documentation as well as the architectural planning and the renovation objectives;
- the investment intentions;
- the environmental protection requirements.

After the approval by the departments of cultural heritage protection, town-building and architecture, the Concept is the basis for further elaboration of the project documentation.

The elaboration of the given Concept will ensure:

- the correspondence of renovation works with the architectural and town-building requirements and a high architectural and artistic quality;
- environmental protection and rational use of natural resources;
- operational reliability and security;
- investments high-efficiency.
